Terms & Conditions:

- Payment must be made with an American Express Card issued by Maybank, subject to a 0.8% administration charge on the tax payment amount; while an administration charge for the 0% EzyPay Instalment Plan is chargeable in accordance with the chosen tenure per the rates stipulated herein.
- The applicable administration charge shall be borne by the Cardmember.
