Terms and Conditions
- The Promotion period is valid from 10 January until 31 March 2019.
- All orders are subject to acceptance/approval by authorised bank.
- The bank has the right to accelerate billings for cancelled account.
- Upon receipt of the goods ordered, the employee or the appointed representative shall examine the goods to ensure that he/she is satisfied with the goods. If the good appear damaged, the employee or the appointed representative shall endorse particulars of the damage on the delivery order and return together with damaged goods in the original packing to the delivery agent. Any claims made thereafter shall not be entertained and the employee shall be deemed to be fully satisfied with the goods.
- Items accepted in good condition are strictly non-returnable nor exchangeable.
- All product(s) are available while stocks last and STC deserves the right without giving any prior notice nor assigning any reason whatsoever to the Cardmembers to discontinue and / or replace the product featured herein with different product, colour or model.
- This programme is open to all Maybank/Maybank Islamic Visa, Mastercard® and American Express® Credit Card Cardmembers.
- Payment must be made with a Maybank/Maybank Islamic Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Debit or Prepaid Card. Maybank 0% EzyPay Instalment Plan is applicable to Maybank Credit Cards Only.
