– Under the Promotion, a Citi Cardmember must collect the offer voucher and use his/her Citi Credit Card in respect of purchases made at Lazada app to enjoy the offers.
– SGD10 off with a minimum spend of SGD128 offer is valid for limited redemptions and are collectible from 0000hrs on 17th January to 2359hrs on 24th January 2021.
– SGD12 off with a minimum spend of SGD168 offer is valid for limited redemptions and are collectible from 0000hrs on 17th January to 2359hrs on 24th January 2021.
– Offers are valid for limited redemptions and can only be redeemed from 0000hrs on 17th January 2021.
– Promotion period is valid on 17th-24th January 2021, unless otherwise stated.
– Not applicable for Redmart orders.
– Vouchers are collectible from 17th January 0000 hrs to 24th January 2021, 2359 hrs.
– Vouchers are refreshed for collection daily at 0900 hrs, 1200 hrs and 1800 hrs from 17th January to 24th January 2021.
– Customer must meet the minimum spend criteria of the payment voucher after deducting the Lazada platform, free shipping and brand/seller vouchers.
– Collected vouchers will be automatically applied only at the checkout payment page (upon entering the applicable Citi credit card number).
– Availability of vouchers are limited in quantity and are subject to availability.
– Voucher is collectible once and applicable for single use only, and may be stacked with other free shipping, sellers’ and Lazada campaign collectible vouchers.
– Vouchers are not stackable with other bank/payment vouchers.
– Voucher is limited to 1 per customer.
– Vouchers are applicable on the Lazada iOS and Android mobile applications.
– Vouchers are not applicable on delivery charges, over-the-phone purchases and the following categories: digital goods; jewellery/gold; and toddler formula (0-12 months).
– Lazada reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders without prior notice. This includes voucher abuse, including vouchers redeemed using multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; and vouchers used in bad faith.
– Other Lazada terms and conditions apply.
– Citibank’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined in its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
– Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Lazada.
